Nga Tran

Nga Tran has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and investment banking with a track record of raising startup financing, structuring new investment funds, and building a full-service asset management firm.


She is a partner and co-founder of S2S+ Advisors LLC, an advisory and investment firm focused on financial technology startups.


In 2005, Ms. Tran co-founded CIFC, an investment manager specializing in corporate and structured credit strategies which had grown to manage $12 billion in assets by 2012. Prior to CIFC, Ms. Tran worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, advising private equity firms on leveraged buyout financings, recapitalizations, equity offerings and private placements.


Ms. Tran holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and an MBA from University of Virginia. She served on the Board of Trustees at the Rippowam Cisqua School between 2014 and 2018, and in 2015 co-founded The Lifelong Water Project, a non-profit focused on clean water solutions in Southeast Asia.
