Adam Steinberg is a fundraising professional with 19 years’ experience in higher education, as well as at secondary school institutions. He reflects on the primary objectives of his education work is ensuring that young people have the financial and other support needed to maximize their gifts and talents. He served in a range of development capacities at Smith College and Trinity College, as well as The Hotchkiss School, The Williston Northampton School, and The American College of Greece. Throughout his development career, he has created strategic plans for prospective donors, collaborated with members of the boards of trustees, and improved the messaging and technology that support solicitation and stewardship of donors and fundraising programs.

As the Director of Development and Outreach, he provides communications and organizational leadership to FUV USA and Fulbright University Vietnam’s activities. He works closely with the senior staff of FUV USA and FUV, governing board members, and a distinguished network of supporters to advance and implement the university’s donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship needs.
