Tina is the Managing Partner of A&O Shearman’s Vietnam offices. With nearly 20 years of experience in Vietnam, Tina’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and international capital markets.

She regularly advises multi-nationals, private equity firms, financial sponsors, and corporates on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions and growth stage fundraising. Her practice also focuses on advising issuers and underwriters in debt and equity international capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and spans across sectors including consumer and retail, manufacturing, fintech, education and insurance.

Tina is recognized by all the top international legal directories for excellence in her field, including as a “Next Generation Parter” for Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets in Vietnam by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025. In addition to her professional achievements, Tina serves as Vice-Chairwoman of Operation Smile Vietnam and is a member of the Vietnam Chapter of YPO.
