Minh-Phuong Dang is the Founder and CEO of MP Logistics. Founded in 1995, under her leadership, it has become Vietnam’s most reputable privately held forwarding and logistics company.

She has been elected as Chairwoman of PHC Media — Forbes Vietnam. In this role, she is responsible for implementing and executing the mission and strategies for the company.

Moreover, she is Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh Logistics Association (HLA). Her role is to collaborate with and advance the sustainable logistics industry in Ho Chi Minh City, Minh-Phuong also holds several additional leadership positions, including Chairwoman of the CEO Club HCMC.

 In 2025, Minh-Phuong was appointed as the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Costa Rica in Ho Chi Minh City, where she plays a key role in promoting diplomatic, cultural, and economic relations between Costa Rica and Vietnam.

Also in 2025, she serves on the Board of Trustees of Fulbright University Vietnam, contributing her leadership and vision to support the university’s mission of educational excellence and innovation.

Minh-Phuong has been awarded several honors, including “Women Making Their Mark in Asia’s Enterprise” by 2018 Forbes Emergent 25 and was named to the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia list in 2016.
