Sharon Klein (Sherry), began consulting with TUIV in November 2019, serving as the Director of Finance. She runs her own consulting business, Net Assets Consulting, primarily assisting non-profits on an interim or project basis. Prior to consulting, her previous roles included: Director of Finance for The Trustees of Reservations, Director of Finance and Administration at an independent Pre-K to 8 school, and Vice President of Finance for the West Suburban YMCA. Her 25+ years of accounting and finance experience, 15 of those in the nonprofit sector, have prepared her to assist mission-based organizations.
A creative problem solver, Sherry has a master’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University and an undergraduate liberal arts degree from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and a member of Financial Executives International. Sherry volunteers at Budget Buddies, a non-profit whose mission is to teach financial literacy to low income women. Sherry resides in Newton, MA.
