Professor Scott Fritzen has officially become the President of Fulbright University Vietnam, starting July 1. A respected scholar in public policy, Professor Fritzen has a rich leadership background in major universities worldwide. He was the first American to receive a Fulbright scholarship for post-war research in Vietnam. Fritzen has held significant academic leadership roles, including as Dean of the David L. Boren College of International Studies and Associate Provost for Global Engagement at the University of Oklahoma. His experience extends to leadership initiatives at New York University and NYU Shanghai and at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
